Wud up, hows it going.. im new to cars and such and I just recently bought an integra. I know this question might sound stupid and I prolly do deserve all the flame but.. what is the thing called under the gas milage.. the thing above the unleaded gas fuel only sign..? and what if your car milage is about 102,000 and it has that bottom thing at 9562? Does that mean you need an oil change? Please, I need this asap, I dont really know much about cars? Is it called the trip meter? Do you reset it or..???

ok... everytime you fill your tank up, you press the lil stick at the bottom of the cluster... then it resets. drive till your empty and fill up again. then the number thats on the cluster after will show how many miles you got on a full tank of gas.... comprehend?

It's called the trip meter.

Yeah, it's a trip odometer. You can reset it whenever you want by pushing the little reset stick in. You can use it for what ever you want: Get a gas mileage reading, clock distances, see how much you drive in a week, whatever. Or you can ignore it.
