So i'm in the process of purchasing a 94 black integra ls 5sp with the B18 engine. Now I saw the car and it looks like it has the cheapest ebay headers you can get, with a ugly intake system. It does have a sx or xs intake manifold not quite sure what that is. It's going to be my daily car so i need to do the regular maintance routine but what should i check first in the integras? I do want to replace the headers with the DC Sports and the intake manifold with a Skunk 2 maybe. Now I own a 87 Supra single turbo 5spd and its a big change from 3.0 turbo to a 1.8 vtec. Even though i'm getting a lot of shit from supra guys going the opposite way i'm still stiking with my decision, cause gas prices are busting my balls. My question is what are some steps i should take to make the car long lasting and better running, i'm not looking to any major upgrades cause i got a supra but i do want to do some bolt ons, such as headers with catback, intake, springs/shocks with 15" or 16" rims, maybe a fuel rail or cam gears later on. Thanks for the input.
