headlight connector

Hi everybody,

New to the forums, so my apologies if this is a total dumbass question.

Just got a 2000 integra, only headlight working is the passenger low beam.
Pop hood and discover empty connectors for the driver side low (white) and high (blue) so that makes sense, but I cant see a connector for the passenger high. the only blue I see on that side is connected to the fan.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

probably going to need to wire up a new headlight connector

I'll try to search for a tutorial on how to do this, because I admit I wouldn't know where to start. Would the connector itself be easy to find at a store? I just don't understand why the hell it wouldn't be there...why would someone remove it?
