If you are careful get some buffing compound and a buffer. You just gotta watch how much u buff bc if you over do it,it will trash them

A simple quick fix is to drill a very small hole in the underside of the headlights. Your headlights most likely have alot of moisture built up in them, hence the foggy/yellowish look. The small hole will allow the moisture to escape (note: you should bring your headlights into room temperature) and you can seal the hole back up with silicone.

If that doesn't resolve anything, you may have to bake your headlights in the oven to melt the sealant so you can clean the inside of the lenses. It sounds like your problem is more along the insides of the lenses rather than the outside (which you should also polish up as well).

there is something that i used on my 96 ls with 222,000km when i got it with original lights. i got it from NAPA in Canada. its called AUTOSOL metal polish. it comes in a tin can or toothpaste style tube. it works amazing and its easy to use. just take some on a rag and rub the surface till the polish is gone away from rag. than wipe lens with clean rag. repeat. it took about 20 min to do mine and it was awesome. tube was about 6$
