Any idea on suspension setups?

I've been looking to upgrade my suspension for my 97 GSR for sometime now... right now its on some unknown coilover with stock shocks from previous owner and the shocks are starting to die now... anyone have a good setup that won't break the budget??? I was thinking about Skunk2 pro C full coilovers, but I wanna get some opinions first

I've been looking at some function and form type 2s. I've read a lot of good reviews on them and my brother has them on his 92 sedan gs and it rides amazing! Currently, i have kyb agx 4-way adjustable with ground controls if you're interested in it.

I'll just be doing regular road, my budget is $700-800... just want a setup that's not too bumpy or too stiffy...
