gotcha, i didnt think that it would affect the idle. i didnt know that the IACV's were so expensive... alomst 200 bucks?? crazy.

Yeah, it's on the bottom of the throttle body. After having a ITR, and a skunk 2 tb, I switched back to the oem just so I could have one. You could try pulling it off and clean it with some brake cleaner.

yea i found one for cheap.. its used and i will be temporary just to see if it fixes the problem.

fixed it!! it was the fast idle control valve(think thats right)..

also scored a lnib IACV..

bad news is, one of the bolts stripped the intake mani :x

stripped bolts are easy to remove

re-tap it, you may get lucky and the tap will restore the old threads
