correct me if im wrong i thought the only difference in the 2. i know the intake manifold for sure.....and maybe a little in cams?

Everything is the same except for the ports. The b18b has larger intake and exhaust ports.

if the ports are bigger on the b18b head then wouldnt that be better on a b18a? i could be completely wrong, just throwin it out there though

i appreciate your guys and gals input. The reason im putting on a b18a head instead of the b18b head is because the head was given to me for free already fully built and machined.
