i just wanted to know what kind of valves, valves springs, retainers and the other good stuff i should get. I want the Crowler Turbo Stage 2 cams, what else of the other stuff should i get after i buy the Cams?

I would go with Brian Crower. If you add valves, springs, and retainers, you got it covered. If your going to buy those cams I would look into getting your head ported and a bigger intake manifold and throttle body.

When i build my engine I'm going all Brian Crower internals, I've herd nothing but good things about them. And gl with the turbo build :)

BC makes quality parts

Personally though, I would go with Ferrea :naughty:

there are a lot of good companies for valvetrain; but after most of my research, i went with supertech. they offer an aluminum retainer package which is supposed to be more durable than the titanium ones. ppl have had longevity issues using the titanium retainers. they also offer valve springs in two different spring seat pressures. i would reconsider on the cams, there are not any turbo cams for honda's that have shown nice gains worth buying. all the big boys run itr/ctr cams or a stage one N/A cam; the skunk2 pro 1's being the most popular.

I've heard the same thing but I question people's abuse and/or installation since I've had the same Ferrea titanium retainers for about 5 years, around 30k miles, approximately 500awhp, spinning 8500 rpms and probably 20 track events and have never had one issue :what:

ive seen personally stock honda valves hold over 700whp.
