this is why I chose fujita cai over aem/injen:

but still, imo fujitas kick a$$! but they are a little pricey, and they don't have a secondary by-pass valve, which i really need during the winter.

haha i dunno about price. I got mine for 165 shipped. I think some people just get the hydroshield on the filter, instead of using bypass. either that, or I guess you could dremel the pipe and make it a short ram in the winter, cold air in the summer.

edit: 165 being cheap in comparison to aem. the aem costed me 220 if i remember correctly.

oh well, the ones i see are always above $200, but i just found one for $135 on ebay, im all over that now!

the CAI and SRI are both very easy and simple to install......shouldnt take you long at all.

If you think that a 10hp gain is negligible than you must think that only turbos are real mods, but to other car enthusiasts that could be a big difference. And in general, stock intakes are air restrictions for your engine, why else would you think manufacturers would come up with cold air intakes if our stock boxes would do the same performace?

you do not get 10whp from any intake in an integra. I never said intakes weren't a worthwhile mod, I said that it is pointless to spend 2 or 3 times more on a cai when the gains over a sri are so small. :roll:
