i was using conventional up till 130,xxx miles and then switched to Valvoline Full Synthetic. and i have had no problems. im currently at 178,256 to the exact mile, and i have had no leaks or problems.

my oil comes out looking brand new every time i change my oil now (2500 miles) car runs strong and pulls hard.

i mean do you have to do the transition like im doing from conventional to blend to synthetic? no. but i figured it would be smart. this next time imma switch to full snthetic. ^try valvolines high mileage full synthetic. its actually A LOT better for high mileage engines and it should be the same price

We just swapped over to Royal Purple on friday.... It feels nice in the car, the extra power over conventional makes the car feel lighter and quicker....

We also installed a 4-2-1 header on friday... :) Also very nice.

I wouldn't bother using synthetic since you have a B18B1. Conventional oil will do just fine.
matt you think exactly like my friends! hahah

ive herd if you switch after 100k miles on the motor to full synthetic that its bad for your motor....is this true? (yeah im still a big noob sometimes)
