So we all pretty much have the same engines B18 with some mods.

So, list your mods and your gas mileage and describe what kind of driving you typicaly do.


Ill start.

B18b 29.5 MPG. Mostly daily driving on the take, i shift between 2500 and 3500. on this tank i did race a little and smashed alot. also did a touge.

B18C1, usually about 26-29 depending on how i drive. I usually shift at 2500-3500 as well.
I have Apexi N1, AEM V2, high flow cat, and Comptech 4-2-1 header.

I have a b20 w/ ITR 4.4 Tranny and bolt ons. With the phearable ecu i get around 30 highway and 25 around town

City: 28MPG (Average)
Highway: 32MPG (Average)
Highest Highway Record: 38MPG
Track: Not quite sure, but I think it was about 12MPG. (Full throttle)

Driving Style
Street: Usually shift between 3000 and 4000RPM.
Touge: Usually shift between 3000 and 8100RPM
Track: Usually shift between 7800 and 8100RPM

I forget how many gallons the tank is, but I usually got somewhere between 250-350 miles per tank.

mine is similiar to matt..however i never got to 38 mpg..i got 33 mpg ONCE lol.

all i had was a ebay intake in a oem box stage 1 competition clutch 7.5lb flywheel and a drop on my gizzer...that was it

It was a 2-hour drive to San Diego going 80MPH all the way through with no traffic. I was the only passenger and I had the A/C off. Tire pressure was at 35psi.

i wanna try and get 40mpg hahaha shift at 1500
It can be done on the highway. And it's not all by shifting. It's the throttle control. If you're light on the throttle, you'll save more gas. If your always punching it, then obviously your MPG will decrease. I met a guy with a turbo S2K that gets 40MPG on the highway. I asked him what the secret was. He said, "I'm easy on the throttle."
