Need an Opinion

recently i have the need for more power and i was wondering what would be better for the daily driver purpose Jackson racing supercharger, or greddy street legal turbo kit with added intercooler and BOV, running 5-6 psi. my ultimate goal is to make a track car for the twisties. which one is the most fun to drive (if your running similar setups). or if you have a completely different opinion than this please let me know. :)

IF you decide to go with the JRSC kit make sure you get the high boost pulley;)

The GReddy kit definitely has room for improvement though if you want to up the power in the future. Of course with the JRSC you could always swap pulleys but you're pretty limited.

ok it sounds like im probably going to go with the greddy turbo kit since the jsrc is some what limited. one more question with the turbo kit how would it afect my MPG would it be a big impact on it. also how long could i run on that turbo kit low boost?

Being turbocharged doesn't mean that your MPG will decrease. It depends on how it's tuned and most importantly, how you drive the car.

i thought turbo needed more gas though
It does when you're in boost. But if you're drive sanely it's not that much worse. As long as you stay out of boost that is. You start hitting boost at every redlight then yes, you will get shitty gas mileage

There will be negligable difference if you stay out of boost. And you can run that kit as long as you want as long as the tune is good. But I think the kit comes with e-manage right?

EDIT: just saw Kyle's post lol sorry to repeat what was just said.
