Never settle, if its not what you want then don't get it. The worst thing is be stuck with something you don't like. And for 4K you can find a nice 3rd gen you just have to look hard.im lookin for a teg.. theres a 92 gsr for sale nearby where i live for 4 grand, 29k on motor.. but im not sure whether i realyl want a 2nd gen.. i like the 3rd gen body style alot more, what do you guys think?:???:

Well the 92 teg has doch vtec gsr motor wich is gonne run you at 160hp with $4000 like too fly said you can find a pretty nice 3rd gen for that, but you wont find a gsr 3rd gen for that. So youl be left with the rs,ls, or gs wich only put out lke 140hp and plus that gsr only has 29k !!! ,some of the 92 gsr motors you buy from JDM have more than that. So it all comes down to the looks or the low milage and 20 extra horse power , but i know what you mean ive got a 1st gen ive been workin on a while, and i personaly like the 3rd gen style too but i figured no one where i live is hookin up 1st gen's so im tryin to be different.

You can definitely find a 3rd gen GSR for $4k. Maybe not 98+ but you can. There was someone that picked up the 3rd gen GSR for $1k on here.
Just have a lot of patience, and look and search and you'll find what you're looking for. I can almost say even if you do find what you want don't get it and keep looking. When I got my GSR I thought it was like deal of the century, and then GSRs I would've bought over mine popped up everywhere.

lol I was stuck with $250 payments for 4 years...until it was stolen that is. But insurance gave me more than I paid for the car so it was gravy baby.dont rush
