Valve Knock?

Ive have the same problem its a rod knock i had to replace the whole bottom end and then adjust values as well but it is a rod knock and a spun bearing DO NOT DRIVE UR CAR U CAN DAMGE UR HEAD OR EVEN TURN ON UR CAR AT ALL TAKE IT TO THE SHOP.

WOOOt finnally got my motor finish! it was my valves.. all i did was adjust it and WABAM!!! the motor blew up! =] nah im joking but ya thanks for the tips and now i guess i can continue my LS/v .
