97 G3 GS speaker recommendation

what's your budget? and what are you going to be running them off of? stock HU? aftermarket HU? or an amplifier?

All those are good, but im extremely happy with my CDT audio speakers. Do you have OEM tweeters? Are you looking to get components? check out woofersetc.com they have a ton of good speakers for good prices.

speakers are different to every ones ears, so really I would go to a audio store and listen to all the different ones, and you pick which ones the best .. but on a budget I'd pick Alipne...and if I wasn't Focal ftw

Not just any polk thoug...Polk MOMO FTW!!!!!! and OEM honda speakers are what i have, whit2nr has the Polk Momo's in his DA, they sounded pretty good when we installed them. but stock speakers with a good deck sound better than just all OEM

Polk Momo's are shit.

the new pioneer components sounds pretty damn good for the price. i wouldnt get their coaxials for a go kart though. alpine type s speakers are an ok entry level speaker. you can run those off the headunit and be fine. i personally would get a 4 channel amp for your replacements and get something that runs 60+watts rms

Pioneer Rev series coaxial are actually pretty good. it was either that or some diamond audio coaxs for me.

Don't get me wrong Polk's MOMO series are higher up on the scale but I think Polk's db series takes the cake. Even better then Infinity reference IMHO.
