What to do with airbag wire.

Don't want to sound like a n00b but I was getting ready to do a steering wheel swap and I realized before I started, since the steering wheel I am putting on isn't srs, what do I do to prevent the srs light just take out the cable reel? I heard I'll need a 91 crx/civic horn shoe is that accurate?

how do I take out the cable reel?

well in my DC i have both airbags taken out and the SRS light on...i was told that if you want it to dissappear then you have to take out the SRS box located behind the dash...i think its located right behind the center counsel

take the cluster out, put black tape over the light, reinstall cluster

lmfao I will def do that. nice and simple. the reason I ask also is because I just bought black interior and since it's going to all be out. why not find and delete.

I took out both my airbags and when the cluster was out just yanked out the bulb.
