So i just got a '00 LS integra, when i turn the wheel while at idle the car sounds like it wants to die, the RPM goes lower than 1000. it drives fine. but i dont understand what might be the problem

Yep if it's not that could be your throttle postion sensor to.

ever notice how your rpms drop a tad when you first turn the ac on? same kinda thing. the power steering and ac are belt driven off the crank pulley

sound like your car idles kinda high
my car idles around like 700-800
