Agreed. Id say 10 for track, 8 for daily.no more than 10psi
He's a tuner and he's on race gas. Those are the kickers. I bet his AFRs are smooth as hell.Funny story.....The tuner of revline motors is running a completely stock LS on 26psi making 315whp... but i wouldnt recomend that also he is on race gas.
no it was about 10 pulls  he just did it the other night then took it to the track. yes some completely stock motor (form TB to drain plug) pulled out of an integra slapped in there a month or so ago. was making 200whp on like 8ish psi wit full exhaust on the ls befor this one then it started knocking so he put this on in there. he left it alone for a while driving his numerous other cars then i think he missed it. tunned it last saturday and took it to the track the next day. im pretty sure its just him pushing the limits i dont know how long he expects it to last/He's a tuner and he's on race gas. Those are the kickers. I bet his AFRs are smooth as hell.
A buddy of mine had over 30 hours of tuning into his EM1 and he was making good power. I think that these are similar cases. Both tuners spent a lot of time to get their cars to that point. It wasnt just 10 pulls on the dyno to get the car set up to drive.
And you mean a stock LS bottom end correct?
yeah but we all know that isnt really reliable. there have been cases of stock gsr's touching 500whp before. they dont last at that level and everyone knows it. to have a safe and reliable STOCK turbo car; keep it around or under 300whpFunny story.....The tuner of revline motors is running a completely stock LS on 26psi making 315whp... but i wouldnt recomend that also he is on race gas.
