buy a cat with an I/D of 3 and O/D of 2.5 and get a tanabe cat back. Itll be quieter than anything else and still legal.

id suggest running an e cutout. keep your stock exhaust and cat so its legal. and when you need the power, open the e cutout and run open downpipe.
