I think ill shoot for a 98-01 swap, would that just fit onto my 96 like a 94-97 bumper would or would i have to replace more than the lights/bumper?

Headlights, bumper, corner lights, and corner light brackets (if the bumper doesn't come with them)

it always good to go back to OEM you could've ask the guy to tak eit off and get a cheaper deal on it since basically your buying his OWN work. if your gonna mod or something .. come up with your own looks =]

you should have everything striped off and go with a type r trim. the blue stuff could be the fiberglass or urithane. here is some really good advice dont drill anything yourself. if the spoiler is ricie then take that shit off.
