T3/T4 is a hybrid and has many applications mine just happens to be a t3/60-1

TURBONETICS presents a complete line-up OF T3/T4 HYBRID turbochargers consisting of a T3 turbine section, (standard, Stage II or Stage III trim) and a T4 compressor section (T04B trim or T04E trim). The T3/T4 HYBRID’s offers the low inertia and fast boost response of the light weight T3 turbine wheel and the high airflow characteristics of the T4 compressor family, making the T3/T4 HYBRID the turbo of choice for high performance “import” applications.

For the ultimate street/strip performance import enthusiast. The TURBONETICS CERAMIC BALL-BEARING T3/T4 HYBRID series offers the fastest spool-up available. Coupled with extreme durability, the CERAMIC BALL-BEARING concept provides unparalleled performance never before experienced by the import turbocharging aftermarket.

mmm.. looks sexy. winki, based on your experience.. is the difference between a well engineered log manifold (ie, spoolin performance log) vs a ramhorn type a big difference? i was on the phone with ken at peakboost just now and we were just talking about that. but would the spoolin log be efficient enough for 300whp at a safe amount of boost on my gsr? or would a more efficient manifold design get me that much more power at the same psi compared to a log?

i used to have a log mani but like my ram horn better because it has more potential but i dont have ac or ps. but you can reach 300whp with a long mani. our tuner has tuned a couple of GSRs that hit 300whp on 10psi with a basic drag kit log manifold. so the log manifolds get the job done they just dont look as flashy. i have heard mini rams are nice but i dont know if they allow ac or ps.

i also think logs spool kinda slow

i appreciate the responses guys. based on the info given here, i think i'll just boost my gsr. it IS all in the tune anyways, and we have a BADASS tuner here. i guess i can go a weekend without driving the car, right? lol.

now its just time for a compression test etc etc and get this motor running healthy first.

any clutch opinions?
Where you taking your car to get tuned? Anthony or Colin?
