Need help with sloppy shifter

Im having problems with my shifter i recently did a manual conversion in my integra and the shifter is very slopy when i put it into gear the gear dosent lock in and it can move side to side like if it was in neutral . I replaced the shift linkage bushings but it didnt make a diffrence. HELP PLEASE

no grinds but sometimes when i put it on second it dosent go in right and makes this grinding noise
