Switching synthetic oil, does it matter??

I'd have to agree Royal Purple is some good shit. Maybe even better than Mobil 1 since its highly developed specialty lubricant instead of mass produced Mobil.

Fuck that. I just use whatever oil is cheapest. I drive a fucking Honda, change my oil when I have to, and do scheduled maintenence when it's required. Then again it's all OEM and shit.

I have run Mobil1 Synthetic, Castol GTX, and all that jazz. I don't feel the difference.

Yes, although it was a small block Chevy. It was after a rebuild and break-in. Looked perfect and no problems since.
