Headlights- Halo or Hid?

Hey guys, as the title says i'm looking to change my stock headlights to either halo or hid. I've done some research, and apparently halo projectors dont give a great output of light... then again hid with halo kinda kills the whole halo look no? Im going for headlights with black housing since my 99 teg is black.
I found these on ebay and im just wondering if theyre worth it, and which one i should pick:
1) Halo with HID

Now some ppl say angel eyes are sick and give enough light while others say its not worth it and get pulled over because they are too weak. Im just wondering what you guys think, im truly determined on changing my stock lights. Feedback on ebay was positive, and buyers said the lights were of good quality and were just fine.

Like I've said, angel eyes and tegs just don't look good together, IMO. Do as ya please, though. You seem determined to get 'em.

HIDs > angel eyes

do what u want but i agree with everyone else about oem with HID's, thats what i plan on doing, when stop buying other parts. i have 3 sets of 98-01 tails right now LOL when i see them cheap i pick them up haha.

angel eyes are sick with tegs, i guess it depends on taste. my friend has one with them, thats what inspired me but i guess if they dont make much light im stuck with the HIDs , thanks guys
So #1 isnt good?

I'd say nay to both #1 and #2. That's personal preference, though. Do what you want to your car. Don't get HIDs if you think you're going to feel like you're "stuck" with them afterwards. That'd be a waste of money on your part.

those are halo's, but i switched them out for my OEM headlights when i got my HIDs. Havent got any good pics of the car w/HIDs to make a new sig

XTINA(wtf?) you're right, it is a matter of personal taste. But IMHO angel eyes are :rice: straight up.

It is safe to say that the light output of all angel eyes is terrible.
(EDIT: except Bimmers)
The light output of the HID/Halo kit you specified would be all wrong.
Just take the $200 that you're willing to spend on a shoddy product and get yourself a nice HID pNp kit.
Of course, the correct way to do it is to retrofit, like previously mentioned but it is expensive. I got S2000 ballasts/igniters and 1 projector free but it is not worth it to me to purchase the rest of the parts(one more projector, and bulbs) it would cost like $300-$500 not including the install because I couldn't do it myself..
Anyways, do what you want, but consider what i'm saying:D
