ITR Spoiler authentic or fake?

what can i look at to figure out if an itr wing is fake or real. i'm bout to pick up this for 125, but the guy doesn't know if its fake or real, i don't know what to look for if someone could enlighten me heres a pic of the wing,

It's hard to tell with that pic.

look for the honda engravings left on the bottom of the wing. the bases that touch the trunk the be specific. otherwise no LED's is pretty sure sign that its a step closer to authentic. no OEM ITR wing should have to be stretched in any way form to fit.

yea i knew that they wouldn't have the 3rd brake light, i'll look for the engraving, the owner of the car this is off of, had his car stolen....but he had taken this off before it happened.

all itrs had third brake light leds....that one is fake!

well the guy isn' t sure if its real or not, and its being stored somewhere so he can't just go and look, and i'd prefer to only pay 125 regardless if its fake or not, it looks like an accurate copy, but i'll def check it out, 125 for a good rep. isn't too bad i don't think.
