Ok so I just got a Integra used, It came with (visual mods): Body kit (but the original back bumper ended up back on it), Carbon Fiber Hood, 17inch Enkei's, Blacked out Tail lights, Tinted windows, and a Spoiler. So the front bumper has cracks in it and i can see blue stuff behind it. I was wonder what is the material that is the blue stuff. The body kit is kind of off alignment in some places and feels really loose. Would just tightining things up work? Or should i drill more holes and anchor it onto the frame?

Ill post pictures soon thanks!

pics

Heres the pics of the damage then the last one is of the car from its good angle haha.

Here are the cracks in the front bumper

Here is the mis-allignment i mentioned earlier, This is also an issue in the back with the original Integra bumper that the previous owner slapped on there.

And heres the teggy on its good view :D

Thanks for anyhelp that you can provide. Also when I go to close the Hood (carbonfiber) it doesnt close right so i have to basicly slam it down and i feel like the bumper is going to fall off if i keep doing that or something haha. Oh well. Thanks!

...gsr x 3.....
go to a stock bumper, add a lip and you should be good to go...also, you should slam the hood, just put it down, the press down (but not too hard) on it to lock it...

Integra FTW!
My car has the same problem with the hood except mine is a stock hood. I figured out that the problem with my hood is that the cable that is pulled that unlatches the hood gets pulled and doesn't go back. All I have to do is slide my finger in and push the wire back to its orginal place. It's hard to explain. I can get pics tomorrow and show you what I'm talking about...you might have same prob.

Personally I'd use the cracking as an excuse to go back to stock with a lip. Stock might fit better if we aren't talking about the same problem that Drifter3000 describes. In the last picture it almost looks as if the left fender panel is too high up. I dunno.

I'd just loose the kit altogether :)

the right corner panel sags -_- stupid previous owners bumped into a curb pulling up to park or something. >O oh well i got the car for 2800 but tags + registration = 270 so far, the inspection will be AT LEAST 70 dollars if everything goes well.

Loving the suggestions keep em rollin :D

Looks like OEM for me, although i would like a bomber kit :O
Salvage yard for some OEM kits?

I would paint those wiper arms black, will clean your windshield area up a lot. You dont really want peoples attention focused on those, thats why I take mine off in the summer.

Go OEM for 3 reasons, generally it looks better, fits better and is more durable

i'm guessing from what i can see that its a 94-97, so i thought u may like to see a pick of replica type r lip on the stock bumper. ignore terrible paint job (previous owner)

OR

Another popular thing for the 94-97 guys is the 98-01 front swap, which is basically diff head lights and bumper, heres my current teg, with thats a 98

Thanks guys for the replies.
I really like your car Integrac05
I think ill shoot for a 98-01 swap, would that just fit onto my 96 like a 94-97 bumper would or would i have to replace more than the lights/bumper?

Thanks again!

if you want to keep the body kit then jus get a lip kit it will look better cuz the white with the carbon hood would be hott
