Well like always, Im stuck. I went to put that rear sway bar in tonite with the brackets that just came in. But, I have to modify my strut. Theres a small lip that comes off and its not allowing for the new bracket to sit flush. And of cource, my grinder died.
Anyways, heres one of the brackets- These are replicas of originals that used to come on ACR's and whatnot. Mopar doesnt make them any more and its nearly impossible to find a new set. Some guy on neons.org makes them for $50
Here you might be able to spot that lip
And it not sitting flush
So, Im going to have to grind that lip off
Another thing I did today was make my own bracket for the sway bar that mounts to the frame, again discontinued. I went to home depot and got those brackets for conduit and pluming, heated it up and bent it more..See?
And I had to fill in a vaccum port for the TB and reroute it.
