if you wanna go fast in a straight line, the accord-r is the winner in my mind with a type-r tranny. but if you like the twisties the b18 would be better because of the ruduced weight in the front, that way you are still carving the turns and not plowing through them...

ya, but I still wanna push 200whp and so any one i do will need some mods I've seen turbo'd and sc'ed Type-R's I would only do so if i couldn't hit 200 on NA

Thats true but they also have about 30 more torque to help with that and with the 00-01 it has 20hp more as well

yeah, but the weight and RPM will more than make up for the hp loss, and less weight means better braking and handling too, not just faster acc.

i would buy a b20 and get a vtec head and throw some internals in the b20 and slap on a vtec head
