I'm sure most of you knew that I tracked my DB8 for the first time yesterday. If you didn't, well now you know. I had a lot of fun and learned a lot about road racing. I must say that running on the touge helps quite a bit. Little things like heel-and-toe downshifting and late braking really helps on the track. Knowing your limit is probably one of the most important things. I was running my DB8 hard, but still leaving room for safety. This one black AP2 pushed it over the limit and crashed into a fence. He hit the pole of the fence and basically totalled his ride. Besides that incident, everyone was safe and had a good time. I plan to track again sometime in May at the Streets of Willow. Well... Here are some pictures. Enjoy!

I used #28 in dedication to my girlfriend. Thanks for supporting me in everything that I do, especially tuning and racing my DB8. I love you! Always and forever...

P.S. I passed two AP2s and one RX-8. Got passed by a grip of Evos and STi. Cheaters... JK! I want more power!

Thanks guys. I'll ask my friend if he has anymore. I know he took a grip. But he likes to pick out the cleanest ones out of the batch.

Jaw dropping awesome man. i should start getting more into road racing. Well i went to the local season opener AutoX yesterday without a car to run but caught rides with more Pros and let's just say I've learned a lot. The difference between my their skills and skills is like chocolate cake and chocolate shit, dam it, it suck. Well at least i'm still really good compared to other rockies in my experience range. Forgot to take pictures. Anyways i like the 3rd picture.

Awesome!

I'm doing some research about road racing down here in Florida. I don't know if I wanna run autox but I may check it out. They mostly race in Sebring and Homestead Miami.

How did you get signed up? I'm kinda curious how the process works since I've never done any of that.
