well i believe my timing is right, the cams are both pointing up at TDC . got a new fuel filter and it seems to sound a little better (turns faster...or sounds it) but still no start. Is there a ground wire on the starter? I have the main power wire and another little black plugin on it but there is a little bolt hole which looks like it could fit another wire. I checked all my vac lines and they all seem to be in order.
