But hydrolocking isn't the only problem. Sucking in a little water can also cause a blown headgaket, bent rod, broken ring lands........etc.

There is only one thing that is guaranteed, water DOES NOT compress. It is physically impossible

I would never run a CAI around here. Too flat of ground and too close to the Gulf. Heavy rain can come at any time and Houston landscape is flat as hell and the drainage sucks. Standing water everywhere

thats how its kinda like around here. but if i never messed up my protege im pretty sure ill be ok with the teg. the filter for the protege was right in front of the driverside tire in the fender and it was lowered 2" and i never sucked water(that i know of)

I ran some errands with my uncle's FG2 on saturday. Pretty fun ride, but it rolls to much in the corners. Can't wait til I get a K20 in the DB8.
