people who have the units with 4 or 6 channel time delay(cda-9831,9833,9835,9855 and some others)
what settings do you use if any at all
or maybe other units with speaker dalay options?

i drive, turn my music up...and just adjust each to whatever sounds good. but with each song, its a different setting as well--which sucks. but i can live with it.

i've got a 9855.

These are for a 2 door 94-01 Integra:
Front left = .90
Front right = .00
Rear left = 1.92
Rear right = .67

And just because I have these written down too, here's the settings for a 4 door 96-00 Civic:
Front left = .96
Front right = .00
Rear left = .38
Rear right = .00

I have an Alpine 7893 and a 7894.
Do you know waht time correction is for end005? The distance from the speakers to your ears doesn't change from song to song.

i'm really picky in terms of sound to the point where I say screw it cause the only time i actually get to do it is when i'm in traffic. fine tuning my sound during traffic isn't the greatest idea either. and to me, each song sounds totally different so my i'm never content with one specific eq setting. <-- that's what I meant because if i've got my eq settings the way I want it for one song, i end up changing everything up cause with a different song, it sounds totally different.

so yes, i know what time correction is. the way i put it just sucked balls. my bad.

u know theres 6 user preset EQ settings right?
do you use MP3 files with different encoding bitrate?
for example in my own experience 96-112-160(more defined bass) sound different from 128-192-256(more defined highs)

how about a sub mounted in hatch cover
to bring the stage to the front middle(not precisely driver position)
front speakers are highest delay
then rear
and sub no delay
?
