Hey thanks guys ... help me out a bit ... why not manifold .... i talked to two shops this past week, that are known pretty well, and they both said intake, headers, ecu, and manifold ... to start at least ...

throw some knowledge, please

You really don't need a manifold unless you are upgrading your cams. The stock IM is good enough for just bolt-ons.
