Which motor mounts should I get???

Alright i have a 96 GSR sedan with about 176,000 miles on it. I can feel the motor mount giving in when I shift gears, and the motor is under some load. Im thinking of going to aftermarket mount kit but I dont want to vibration of something thats too stiff. Is there a happy median here? Thanks guys...

hasport and innovative makes 3 different mounts from street, street/track and track, id go with the street if i was you

hasport, avid, innovative, and arizona racing all make good mounts. expect to pay 300 or more for them. they suck to install btw.

what he said but you an find some deals out there and only the rear is a complete pain in the :shock:

inserts arent gonna fix a torn mount which is probably what u have

Inserts will fix the problem if the mount isn't ripped in half.

it is a pain in the ass... i put inserts in mine when i put my motor in but i found it easiest to remove the intake manifold and unbolt it from the top. it is only 3 bolts.

I have an innovative on my DA its the street, but is much stiffer then stock. Dash shakes a little at idle, not a big deal. Unless you keep change in the ashtray.
