i actually think that theyd fit better in a '99 because the opening in your grille is much larger than my 96. much easier, i think. go for it, theyre great lights!

no not really, once i got past the whole bracket thing (which i dont think youd have to deal with). it helps ALOT to take off the bumper though. drilling from the inside is much easier. just make sure to measure everything perfectly so that they are even in the bumper! good luck!

heres a few terrible pics that i just took (no tripod = very blurry). ill try to get some higher quality pics soon, but these will have to do for now. they dont even show the full potential of these lights...theyre great!

also, those "carbon fiber" fogs are not the same model as mine. they are slightly different. but taking off the bumper isnt hard at all. it took me 5 minutes, and it was my first time ever doing it. well worth it in my opinion.
