Headlight tinting

i want to tint my headlights, and tail lights, but i dont really wanna buy new lights. any suggestions on a good do it yourself kit or somethin like that?? or a CHEAP set of tinted covers???

i would, but i dont have photoshop. could one of you guys do it for me, i have a red 98 ls. i just think it would add a cool custom look for a minimal amount of money...

i did the headlights and blinkers
not sure whos car it is i saved it from some album or google search might have been one of the TI members.
but its the only one i had at the moment
