Update:
i guess this can be an update...
+ summer 07 I tried to lower my car and realized that the previos owner didnt take care of the skunk2 pro-s that I got with the car... I can't raise or higher the car because the rings are seized... I tried a few products to clean them, but didnt work... So earlier today I ordered another set of skunk2 pro-s.... As soon as I get those, I'll wait for good weather, or use someones garage to install them... the old ones, I will clean them up, hopefully with them being off the car, and not having to rush because the weekends is almost over and I need the car to get to work... loosen up the rings, clean inbetween the threads, and sell them for an affordable price... =] If anyone is interested, please let me know...
+ a guy at TI photoshopped my car with the 5Zigen FN01R-C wheels that I'm getting in about a month or so..
here's the picture...
I ask skunk2 what I can do about my current suspension...
they answered:
Thank you for contacting the Helpdesk at Skunk2 Racing.
You can start by using simple green degreaser and a wire brush to clean the threads of your adjustable coilovers. Anything that the simple green will not take off can be cleaned using a small amount of paint thinner or acetone and a wire brush.
Once clean I recommend spraying the threaded perches with penetrating oil once per hour for a day or so. If after a day or so of soaking you cannot get the perches to break loose you can consider more drastic measures.
Worst case scenario if those perches are frozen in place, I recommend splitting the perches off in order to try and save the shocks. I can replace the threaded perches fairly easily, but the shocks become pretty expensive if you need replacements.
If you have any more questions regarding Skunk2 products or policy please let us know. Thanks.

as soon as I get the old suspension off, I will try that, let them soak and so on.. a day or two.. and see what happens.
