I have about 2000 dollars and want to buy a G2 Integra. I know that the 90-91 Integra has the same motor but with 130hp and same torque and the 92-93 Integra has 140hp. Does this mean that the 92-93 is slightly faster.

Well depending on model yes. The first GSR's came out in the 92-93 era

If anything the RS is the fastest one, It weighs less because everything is manual.

As far as the difference in 90-91 and 92-93, The difference is the change in ECU, The car might give out 10 more HP, But the 92-93 weighs about 150 pounds more then a 90-91. So just get what you can find that's clean without worrying about the year differences.

I'd get a 92-93, better styling imo, also you get a better tranny, the 90-91 have a smaller spline and makes it harder to interchange parts with. Also it has even longer gearing than the 92-93 tranny. That and I like the 92-93 steering wheels better.

I would also get an RS, you can convert a 90-91 to obd1 pretty easy also.
