those are stock usdm. 90-91 have the white over red tail lights. 92-93 have the orange over red, with white/clear backup lights.
these days, any and everything is "jdm." Even black housing halo headlights. shit, even altezzas are "jdm." its a marketing scheme.
Here is a pic of the stock tails for a USDM 90-91 2dr integra. As you can see these are the same as yours. I don't think that there is a JDM version taillight that is different from USDM. I think that USDM and JDM use the same style taillight.

Sellers throw JDM onto anything and I guarantee they sell more because of it.
ps... we call them Altezza tail lights because the style was made popular by a Japanese car called the Toyota Altezza. We know this car in the US (a year later) as the first generation Lexus IS. So they are sorta JDM or rather the style is, not the actual light fixture.
