new bulbs

so i need new bulbs because the ones i have now are shitty. and at night i gotta drive with my high beams on so i can see

so does anyone know where i can good bright bulbs for my 92 teg it uses 9004

would u reccomend the ones off ebay like these ?

Welcome to CI! Don't get those cheap eBay bulbs. You won't be able to see shit at night. Go to your local Autozone and get a pair of Sylvania Silverstar Ultra bulbs.

Hey man you need to do the 9004-9007 conversion. and get some silverstars.
That is what I have done. And I highly recommend.

You can get silverstars at walmart or auto stores or ... well basically anywhere.
get a good 55w fog light bulb.

Then once you have done the above you need to align your head lights (on the low beam) and your fogs to factory spec.

haha..........i was thinking about doing a conversion but what about HID kits can i get them at any auto store or is there a good website?

A HID kit cost ~$250+ and are unsafe for other drivers due to glare and uncontrolled light spread.

Silverstars cost ~$50 and are great!

If you want to go HID you should retro fit... which cost even more.

i agree with greenbling, do the 9007 conversion and get some silverstars. i'd wouldn't recommend the 55w fog light bulbs though, a friend of mine put them in his DA and they started melting the lens (the headlight lenses are glass, whereas the fog light lenses are plastic)
