4th gen Prelude VTEC vs 3rd gen GS-R

VTECking

I VTAK'd on U!!!
Quick question, its sort of hard to race a 4th gen Prelude VTEC "I used to have one" in my GS-R because their so rare. Have you guys every raced one. Im wondering because after I sold my Prelude VTEC and I bought my Integra GS-R I have always wondered which one would win because they seem pretty equal in the power-to-weight area. Thanks.

There are too many factors to tell which one would win. Mods, driver skill, etc. Or are you talking about stock vs. stock?

I'm not totally sure, but I think the BB4 would win.

i think honda intentionally made the BB4 a few ticks faster than the DC2, or at least published it that way.

of course, carmakers arent so concerned about that nowadays

P.S. A 94-96 Prelude VTEC stock for stock will spank a GSR

......not a Prelude S or Si. An actual Prelude VTEC
that i believe. but the 97 and up would be a pretty good rtace but from i stop i think the teg could win out for a while and the lude would come around up top

I could beat my bro's BB6 with my 96 GSR when they were both stock. I put bolt ons and won. We built his and killed me..........asshole. LOL But my friends 95 VTEC 5spd would spank me.

Stock: 0-60............1/4

96 GSR: 7.1..........15.5
96 Prelude VTEC: 6.5..........14.9
03 RSX-S: 6.7.............15.1
97 Type R: 6.6..........14.9

Those are from the same driver

94-96 Prelude VTEC is quick

I would have bought one while I was in the market for a daily if I could have found one. 94-96 VTEC FTW!

H22 didn't come in the 92 in US. Only late 93/94-96.

S is F22
Si is H23
VTEC H22
