BTW the car was extremely dirty when I took the pics. Sorry about that. I will have to clean it up and take some more sometime soon.
I have a ton more plans for it. Money is tight right now, but I have some fun projects planed for the near future. If you look very closely you can see in the second pic, in the breezeway there are some saw horses. On those is a replacement rear hatch that I am working on (mine has the cancer).

The rod bearings were going bad in the B17, and the tranny's synchros were gone. So, in order to preserve the rare motor I decided to take it out (before it gets destroyed) and get a newer motor to replace it while I slowly rebuild it.
While installing the B18C I kept everything in OE condition for the car (and trust me that was NOT easy). This way I can just take it out and put the B17 back in when I am done. But i will tell you what... I don't know how likely that is to happen... This B18C is a freakin beast man.
AND NO THE B17 IS NOT FOR SALE lol. its the reason i bought the car in the first place.

Ahhh, yes that stupid wiper.
When I bought it it had both wipers on it. When going down the highway the wipers would creep up on the windshield. and if you had to use them and you were moving (even slowly) they would never go back to the home position unless you were stopped. Biggest pain in my ass... So I took the wiper motor out of my last DA and I have it sitting here. I figure its that or corroded or loose connections. But I was in the process of moving and working and I have the notorious passenger leak and blah blah blah... basically just didn't have the time to take it apart at that time. And I wanted to fix several other things (that i didn't have the parts yet) while I had it apart. So a friend of mine showed me that i could just use one until then. So as soon as i decide to get the parts to fix the leak and can go without my car for a couple of days, then I will take care of that. I even repainted both wiper arms recently, getting ready.
