hookin up the 87

ok, aside from all the problems i mentioned, i plan on making the 87 "presentable" so i need the following

1:
i wanna lower it, just enough to loose the gap from tire to wheel well lip... im guessing 2-3 inches, anyone know the easiest way to get that where i wont it? lowering springs, in rear? lower torsion nut in front? buy lowering struts? buy lowring torsion bar?

2: where can i get the stock hubcaps?

3: silver look good for paint? any pix of silver 86-89's?

4: is it possible to replace flip up sunroof with retracting one?

and the back end will accept any coils/ coilovers from 88-00 civics, and 90-01 tegs
