What Motor Oil Do You Guys Use? And What Gas do you put in your car?

i have to since Honda oil thins out on the track
Filter: Honda OEM
Gas: Chevron Premium (91 octane is premium in Arizona)

only chevron, only honda filter

im a snob when it comes to gas

updated! synthetic (the heat activated stuff). and 93 octane cheveron. then some stp octane boost for track days. sad its an auto. but i think that makes up for it :lol:

Switched recently from Castrol high mileage 5w-30 to Mobil 1 synthetic 10w30.

Been through two oil changes and it runs a lot smoother IMO.

I think I may try the Amsoil soon with they're filter. My buddy uses it in his ITR race car and in his daily ITR.

Valvoline SynPower full synthetic is good too. That's what I use. I use Hamp oil filters as well.

i use mobil 1synthetic or eneos they both are good but eneos is better with abuse.

OEM Honda filters are made from Fram. Hamp filters are manufactures by Honda in Japan.
