HELP!!! ~ B18c1 installed, throwing a code...

Well, I finally got the GSR engine installed.. It was running really good at first, and then it started running like it was missing or something, and then I noticed it was leaking anti-freeze on one of the lines that connects from the intake to the head. So I turned my car off, and of course I replaced the hose as soon as I saw it. So I filled my anti freeze up the rest of the way to compensate for the lost anti freeze, and then restarted my car.. no check engine light. So i was like cool... its running good again. So I let it run for about 5 minutes and then all of a sudden it started running shitty again and acting like it was missing or something. Looked inside on my cluster, and of course the check engine light was on. Now I've been looking throughout the threads on G2ic and CI.com, but I cannot find a damn thing on check engine codes. I know that with my old 93 civic, I was real easy, because all I had to do was jump that harness and then turn the ignition on and bam... long pause 10 short pause was like 1 or 5 or something. (cant really remember .. its been forever). But If someone can let me know if theres a site or a thread that will tell me exactly what the check engine codes are, then that would be freakin sweet.

Update ::: While the car was running, I pulled out the distributer wires one at a time, and it seems that Cylinder 2 is my problem cylinder.. Doesnt seem to be getting a spark, Pulled the spark plug out and there was oil on the threads.. I'm hoping that cylinder 2 isnt dead. That would piss me off so bad. Anyways, I pulled off the distributer cap, and there was some shit on distributer wire 2. Cleaned off the inside of the cap because of that, turned my car on, and nothing changed.. it actually ran shittier. Do you guys think that my distributer cap could need replaced or something? Like when the brush is spinning around, its not pushing a spark to wire 2 because its worn down too much on the inside of the cap?? Any input would be great great help!

::::: When my dad gets home, I am going to run a compression check on cylinder 2 to hopefully cancel out cylinder 2 being dead...

you will find the codes you need on the listed site above. as far as dizzy cap goes it never hurts to do a full tune up on your car if you havent had one in a while which includes replacing the cap and wires. i would also suggest a compression/leak down test also.

How do you jump the harness so that it will flash what codes wrong with the car? I pulled off the kicker panel and didnt find a jumper harness?

Well... I ran a compression check on my car, and all 4 cylinders were fine. Which is relieving. What I ended up doing was swapping my Denso spark plugs from my B18a1 into the B18c1. At least my car is idling a little better instead of sounding like its missing. The only thing is that my check engine light is still on. Now Do i have to flash my ECU to see if I got everything fixed, or will my ECU automatically turn the light off by itself? I also found another problem I didnt realize, but I fixed it, and that was I had an HVAC line not connected. But at least the B18c1 is running like it should. and HOLY $H!T does that engine have some power once the VTEC kicks in!!!!:twisted:
