if you do get an exhaust, RS*R ExMag axleback is the best imo. i have it... and i love it... wouldn't consider anything else, unless you go turbo

Welcome, nice db!
I wouldn't recommend tein for a DD, I herd its to stiff for DD, its made for track use, and unless your going 120mph around a turn, its useless. I would recommend either Koni w/ Ground Control. They make them in a package so its Bolt on, I believe its around $780. as far as the exhaust... GL trying to find an exmag for 4dr. I would get the SP2, sounds amazing! friend just installed it on his gsr. it But please buy new catalytic converter, don't reuse old one. and camber kit all you need is really the front camber kit if your going to slam your teg.

If you really want you could add a lip, your choice though on what kind, so many to choice from! just keep it clean an no 18in rims!

PS don't feel bad your car is an auto! MINE is too! but I still mod the hell out of mine:lol:

Tein Basics are streetable
yea i know, but they are stiff compared to Ksport,or dc2,or onmi..... I wouldn't get Tein.. they are over rated and people just buy them cuz of name, you should never buy a product just cuz of its "logo" or "sticker".

Koni Yellows are adjustable
so are Koni reds!.. the yellowes are a lot better though and worth the price, I just paid 480 for mine.

RS*R doesnt make Exmag for 4dr man, ad they are an extremely popular exhaust!, and its inpossable to find, just I did find a place that you could order the axel back, but than you would half to custom tubing.. but you dont want to go to a muffler shop.

Yeah I just heard the Tein Basics are a decent set up so yeah. All I want is a easy set up, lowering nice, and still performing like stock does. And not have to worry about anything breaking, tires wearing, etc.

See I want the "cheapest but good" set up and as we all know cheap and good don't go together :p

The TEIN Basic isn't as stiff as you say they are. They're actually designed and are perfect for street use. TEIN makes quality products and not all people buy their products just cuz of the "logo" or "sticker".

Oh and what are dc2 coilovers?

That is what I meant to say. They have superior adjusment range and also have different adjustment valves than the red. The red is a sport shock with slim adjustment.

Koni Yellow > Tokico Illumina > Koni Red > all KYB IMO

But if you get Tein Basics then none of this matters. They are superior to both. The ride quality is very nice as well

and I road in a buddy HB w/ tein basic and I didn't like the ride quailty, maybe he just doesn't know how to adjust his car right?.. i know that my agx w/ prokit felt better than the tein!

Well I really just wanted to buy the parts, and thow em on ya know lol, but if I could find a place to get something better than the SP2, for less when totalling up all the parts and shop costs too then yeah I might do that. See but I dont really know what to look for n stuff too.

BTW were do you guys buy your parts from?
