Bypass Valve Installation

Anyone have some tips on how to install a AEM bypass valve on a cold air intake?:???:

Wow is this a serious question? CA intake is two pieces, lower pipe, upper pipe, instead of using the little rubber tube that attaches them both at the middle you use the bypass valve

I'm guessing he's referring to a 1 piece cold air intake. Basically you'll have to chop your'e intake into 2 pieces. The best place to do it is about 3-4 inches before the logo.

Yea my CA intake is one piece.....I won't ask this question if it were 2 pieces......but thanks for your input guys....I attend college up in Michigan, and it rains buckets this time of year...followed by snow in two months....so a bypass valve is crucial.....

be careful man. the bypass will only do so much. just avoid as many puddles as possible.
