JDM FD2 Honda Civic Type R vs S2000 - 3 lap battle

Nice race, But when are they going to make a Type R s2k, civic, integra, even the accord has a Type R variant and of course the late NSX had a Type R variant but why not the s2k,

^^ They're making a CR s2000..

You can't really improve on a 230+ hp motor from stock and expect cost to be efficient for the company.

They could do small things to the b motors to milk a couple extra hp out of them, but that 2.2 is pretty much at full potential in a stock form. thats a LOT of horsepower coming out of such a small motor.

The Type R NSX has the same HP as the normal one but is lighter, even better suspension, is not all about hp is all about balance , and the CR is a very gay attempt for a track s2k :roll:

that's what they are doing with the CR. a lighter car, with better suspension. how is it a bad attempt? you also have to factor in that the company has to MAKE money on the car. They can't make a $50,000 car that doesn't go like a $50,000 car should. if they wanted that, they'd need more displacement (thats where the nsx comes in) to make the more hp thus making hp important. Horsepower sells cars.

pretty much the same thing as what you said they did with the NSX

Yeah the specs look good on paper but the outside of this thing looks plain gay, gay paint, spoiler is well beyong gay, wheels are lame, hard top is ok, a normal s2k looks more agressive than this

Championship white on white wheels has worked before lol, and will work on this 1000 times better that baby blue paint on some plain wheels :roll:



Im not against big wing but this is doing it the right way LOL

Black looks better, oh noooo DRL's

They come in white,black,yellow and queer blue, but still gay wheels :cry:, hopefully down the road they'll have some opcional wheels like some BBS LM's :D, and spoiler is not opcional :roll: damn you Honda USA
