brake light problem...please help.

got a problem i just picked up an integra with an ITR front end and it is an electrical nightmare.......what im stuck working on is my taillights being stuck permanantly on. Even after i turn the car off and take the key out. The only way im getting by is taking the positive terminal of the battery to kill all power including the brake lights.

anyone have any ideas why the brake light is permanantly stuck?

you so bought the car with the electrical problem? or was it after you installed the jdm conversion

ooooo i had electrical problems as well and i said fuck it. ill buy a new wiring harness. "!" worked out for me i tell ya!

the car also had an alarm/or remote start that im workin on ripping out its remains....im not used to workin on all this electrical from havin an all motor EG with everything manual, but its a learning expiriance. i was told owning an integra you will run into some electiral problems since everything is power options.

how much would a complete wire harness run me? i guessin thats big bucks.

im considereing taking the challenge of doing a wire harness swap. i never did it before but if its plug and play id give it a go..........you guys think its worth it or should i just re-do front end and tail light wiring section....??????????????????????????

i had my mechanic do it. and he let me slide with the parts and labor costs. so i cant really help you there. i havent spoken to him in awhile.
