best buy sucks

so i go to bestbuy to exchange my ipod cause its been acting up and i have it under warranty and guess what they say it has to be broken 3 times inorder for me to get an exchange what bullshit.......nvr buy warratny from bestbuy

how do you break it more than once? lol

did you try to reset the ipod? I know mine gets f-ed up sometimes, but just restarting it makes it work again. (do you know how?)

wtf thats bull shit, they usually exchange it for you without questions. friend broke his wii on purpose and and instead of getting another one, he used it as store credit to get the ps3. haha

crzyazn and I had a bad expereince there. We walked up to a black associate and asked for help, he rudely stated "I'm busy" as we stepped to walk away, a black customer asked for help and the associate was like "sure,what can I do for you?"

Personally having worked at circuitcity and seeing the HUGE difference store to store,I think it comes down to specific management of the store. I've had great experiences at a different best buy, so *shrug*

I bought a $500 TV at Best Buy back in the fall, 2001. The kid asks me if I wanted the Extended Warranty, I said no thanks. He reminds me of all the stuff it covers and everything, I say no that's OK. He keeps at me about, saying he can't believe I really don't want it, he basically came within an inch of saying I am a moron for not wanting it, starts getting an attitude and everything. I got really pissed at him, he was making me look like an ass in front of other people in the store. If he hadn't already swiped my CC, I'da said "just give me my credit card back, I don't want it anymore". I left really pissed off at that prick, and vowed never to make another major purchase at any Best Buy, and I haven't. In fact, later that same night, I went across the parking lot to Circuit City to buy a PS2, a memory card and GT3.
Unfortunatley, I like the layout of a Best Buy store more than Circuit City's, but I only go to Best Buy anymore to buy CD's and DVD's or other misc. small stuff.

and that person they have at front door that greets you....freakin annoying. Leave me alone.
